Attraverso una nota ufficiale, Sony ha annunciato ufficialmente che PlayStation 5, ha raggiunto quota 10 milioni di concole vendute in tutte il mondo.

Oltre a ciò, Sony ha rivelato anche i dati di vendita dei suo first party;
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales (PS5, PS4) – 6.5 million
- MLB The Show 21 (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One) – Two million (over four million players)
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (PS5) – 1.1 million
- Returnal (PS5) – 560,000
